Würth Box

2018-10, In response to Museen Würth, 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, Künzelsau and Schwäbisch Hall, Germany
Concrete, 35 x 35 x 35 cm.

Not being allowed to take photographs is something that you can interpret as hiding the art for the public. You may wonder why that is Würth's policy. What do they want to hide? Symbolically, Reinhold Würth sits on his own box with art treasures, wrapped up as Christo did and like the Hrldlicka drawing from the Kunsthalle Würth in Schwäbisch Hall.
